SYSTEM UPGRADE

A System Upgrade will affect your ability to use Online Services from February 26 thru March 3 — See Details Below


We will be upgrading to a new data processing system at the end of February. Access to online services will be impacted during this period so it is important to review this timeline and be sure to schedule your activity accordingly.

February 19, 2021 – new enrollments in online banking will be suspended.

February 26, 2021 – access to all digital services including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, e-statements and check images will be unavailable as of 4:00PM ET.

February 27, 2021 – Roselle branch only will be open for in person transactions 9:00AM to 1:00PM ET.

February 27 to March 3 – all digital services (see above) will remain unavailable until Wednesday March 3, 2021.

Monday March 1 – ALL branches will be closed for the day.

Tuesday March 2 – New Providence, Roselle, Scotch Plains and West Orange branches will reopen for member services with hours 12:00PM to 5:00 PM ET.

Wednesday March 3 – Regular COVID-19 branch schedule will resume for New Providence, Roselle, Scotch Plains and West Orange offices.

Processing of ACH and draft transactions will be suspended during the conversion weekend through Tuesday March 2. All pending deposits will be posted before pending debits when processing resumes.

All risk prevention and fraud monitoring systems for debit and credit card transactions will remain operating throughout the conversion weekend. If you receive a call, text or email about a questionable transaction on your AFFCU debit or credit card be sure to respond promptly.

Online Banking upgrade:

In conjunction with the data processing upgrade, the look and feel of the browser based online banking application will change.

March 3, 2021 – access to all digital services including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, e-statements and check images will resume on Wednesday March 3, 2021.
