We will be upgrading to a new data processing system at the end of February. Access to online services will be impacted during this period so it is important to review this timeline and be sure to schedule your activity accordingly.
February 19, 2021 – new enrollments in online banking will be suspended.
February 26, 2021 – access to all digital services including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, e-statements and check images will be unavailable as of 4:00PM ET.
February 27, 2021 – Roselle branch only will be open for in person transactions 9:00AM to 1:00PM ET.
February 27 to March 3 – all digital services (see above) will remain unavailable until Wednesday March 3, 2021.
Monday March 1 – ALL branches will be closed for the day.
Tuesday March 2 – New Providence, Roselle, Scotch Plains and West Orange branches will reopen for member services with hours 12:00PM to 5:00 PM ET.
Wednesday March 3 – Regular COVID-19 branch schedule will resume for New Providence, Roselle, Scotch Plains and West Orange offices.
In conjunction with the data processing upgrade, the look and feel of the browser based online banking application will change.
March 3, 2021 – access to all digital services including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, e-statements and check images will resume on Wednesday March 3, 2021.
